AIA Justice is a digital justice platform that helps users resolve disputes and assess trust through a combination of AI-powered case analysis, structured mediation, independent validation, and public Justice Scores. The platform aims to make conflict resolution faster, more transparent, and more accessible.

Key Responsibilities
1. Designed and documented a scalable design system aligned with the overall AIA brand ecosystem.
2. Designed the complete web application interface, covering all user journeys and roles within the platform, including claimants, respondents, and independent validators.
3. Created UI flows and screens supporting the dispute resolution process, mediation workflows, evidence review, case management, and Justice Score evaluation.
4. Designed the website, including the search experience that allows users to find companies and individuals, review their Justice Scores, and explore fairness and trust-related information.
5. Established a consistent visual language across the platform, ensuring a cohesive experience between the web application, website, and broader AIA digital ecosystem.
