Our design studio has developed a set of rules and guidelines to maintain a respectful environment for both our coworkers and clients. These guidelines are in place to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and valued while working with us. We encourage you to familiarise yourself with them before our cooperation. It’s important to us that we have common values. Thank you!

Green washing

We don’t create products that are intended to consciously deceive the user that the product was produced in harmony with nature and ecology.

Greenwashing is a marketing tactic in which a company or organization claims to be more environmentally friendly than they actually are in order to appeal to environmentally conscious consumers. It involves misleading or exaggerated environmental claims, often made through the use of vague or unregulated terms such as „eco-friendly” or „sustainable”, with little or no evidence to support these claims. With knowledge that the client company is using such tactics, we reserve the right to refuse to cooperate.

Team rainbow

Many of our clients and associates are part of the rainbow community, so we ask for due respect or “Sashay Away”.

We believe in treating all individuals with respect and dignity, regardless of their orientation. We recognize and celebrate diversity in all its forms and are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone. We do not tolerate discrimination or prejudice against individuals based on their orientation, and we stand firm in our commitment to promote equal treatment and opportunities for all.

Equal salary

Same job – same pay. We don’t divide on women’s and men’s salaries. We also ask for fair treatment without divisions and prejudices.

We strongly believe in pay equity and equal opportunities for all individuals, regardless of gender. We believe that everyone should be paid fairly for their contributions and we will continue to strive for gender parity and equity in all areas of our business.

Skin color

All the colors of the palette are beautiful in our opinion and should be present. Rejecting ideas, photos, graphics, etc. because of skin color is for us incomprehensible and may affect our cooperation.

We firmly believe in promoting diversity and inclusion. We do not agree with the idea of selecting representatives of only one colour for the company image. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of skin color shaming. We strongly believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity regardless of their skin color, and we do not tolerate any behavior or language that suggests otherwise.

Good practices

We may refuse to make changes that are contrary to general principles of aesthetics and design, or are harmful to the client or users of the product.

We strive to produce the highest quality products while putting the best possible results for the client first and prioritise the well-being of users but also design in accordance with the general principles of aesthetics and design. We believe that our responsibility to our clients extends beyond the delivery of a product, and we are dedicated to maintaining a standard of excellence that benefits everyone involved.

Respect culture

We work globally and in multicultural teams. We respect every culture and its rules. If any of its aspects may affect our cooperation – introduce them to us so that we can keep them in mind.

We recognize the importance of cultural differences in cooperation with clients. We understand that there may be rules, preferences, and cultural norms that we are not familiar with, and we want to make sure that we take these into account. Therefore, it is important for us to be knowledgeable about the cultural background of the people we are in contact with on the client side. By doing so, we can ensure that we are respectful and mindful, which ultimately leads to better communication and stronger relationships.
