When reaching out to us for the first time, you can introduce us to the characteristics of your business and what kind of service you are interested in. Below you will find some questions, the answers to which will help us prepare an offer for you:

1. Do you have branding (logo, key visual) ? If not, what ideas do you have for name, colors, etc.?
2. Will you be new to the market or are you interested in rebranding?
3. What industry does your brand operate in?
4. What is your company and team size?
5. What is the company’s business model?
6. What is your market experience?
7. Description of the services and/or products that the company offers or wants to offer?
8. Is your company local, national, European, global?
9. What is your target audience (for e.g. kids, luxury clients, vegans, business)?
10. What does your ideal/future customer look like?
WEBSITE
1. Do you already have ideas for your subpages, like: offer, about us, services/products, news, contact, etc.
2. What kind of functions you think you will need on the website? For e.g. blog, forms, galleries, reservations, chat, files to download, etc?
3. Do you already have a domain and hosting? Will you need support?
4. Will you be preparing text content for the site yourself?
5. Will you be editing and updating the site frequently?
6. Have you ever used “page editing software”?
7. Do you have any materials that we can use on your website like: product photos/photo session of you or your employees/office photos/portfolio etc.?
8. What language versions are you interested in?
These few basic answers will allow us to briefly understand your needs and prepare an offer for you. Feel free to also include all the informations and preferences you find useful for us in order to create an offer. You can include your visual inspirations or links to competing products/sites/brands.
